HebeHalo currently offers complimentary standard shipping within Australia.

Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and remedies are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Due to the personal-use and hygiene nature of the HebeHalo LED Light Therapy Mask, change-of-mind returns may be restricted once a product has been opened or used.

This does not limit any rights or remedies you may have where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer guarantees.

Product Use

Products should be used in accordance with the instructions, warnings and safety information supplied with the product.
